Austin, Texas August 11, 2005. MagRabbit, Inc., a leading third party logistics (3PL) and transportation provider, announced today that Jim Sutherlin has joined the company as Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Mr. Sutherlin will report directly to Tommy Hodinh, MagRabbit Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Sutherlin has 25 years of experience in the Contract Manufacturing, OEM Commercial and Computing industries. Prior to joining MagRabbit, Mr. Sutherlin spent several years with IBM in planning and senior procurement positions. Most recently Mr. Sutherlin was with Sanmina-SCI, where he held various positions including Vice President of Purchasing and Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Mr. Sutherlin has a B.B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University.
