ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Design, develops, tests, debugs, maintains and document program code in accordance with systems quality accredited standards, policies, and procedures.
• Identifies business needs, analyzes, and creates software solutions.
• Prepares design documentation, test data for unit testing, string, and parallel testing.
• Evaluates and recommends solutions (software and hardware) to meet user needs.
• Provides software solutions to resolve customer issues and responds to recommendation for improvements and enhancements.
• Works with business users and development teams to ensure testability.
• Responsible for writing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts for automation.
• Executes test procedures, logs issue, and makes recommendations to solve the problems.
• Responsible for retesting the software, conducting performance and scalability testing.
• Documents evolution of testing procedures for future replication.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plans, conducts, and leads moderate, high budgets projects or multiple projects.
• Manages user requirements to ensure business goals and deadlines are met.
• Trains, mentors, and review less experienced team members
• Serves as technical consultant to organization leadership and functional user groups.
• Performs effort estimation for complex projects and tracks development progress.
• Documents, evaluates test results; documents testing script evolution for future replication.
• Works on the most difficult problems that require in-depth analysis of situations, data, and various factors.
• Recommends and implements changes to improve the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
• Having more than 10 years of Full Stack software development experience with sophisticated knowledge on IT principles, design patterns and enterprise architecture.
• Strong understanding of analyzing and developing solutions to highly complex problems and the ability to lead big projects with experience & expertise in the working with CI/CD methodologies and tools.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture and building scalable enterprise services
• Good experience with .NET framework, .NET Core, C#, REST, MVC, WCF and Web Services
• Practical experience with NoSQL DBs (Mongo, Elastic Search, Graph DB, Cassandra) and RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle)
• Proficient in the event-based architecture with RabbitMQ, Kafka.
• Deep experience of building UI applications with strong background of technologies for web like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related modern frontend technologies along with experience in building cloud-native services and working knowledge on AWS or Azure or Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
• Exposure to containers and working knowledge with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with UI/UX frameworks and micro-frontend such as Angular/React

Work Arrangement
LOCATION: Preference for local candidates to Austin/Round Rock, TX for hybrid schedule but open to remote candidates.
INTERVIEW PROCESS: 2 rounds of video interviews. Will include technical screening.
ESTIMATED DURATION
: 2 years with potential for extension
